Each and every grandma shell is prepared for over 3 hours during a long intricate process. Firstly we bathe our fresh dough in extra virgin olive oil massaging the edges to a nice even fill. The next hour is all about the crust. We work the crust around the pan over and over again until it keeps the proper shape.
