Home of the Famous Grandma Pie.Three generations of tradition. The best Grandma pizza in New Jersey — made fresh every morning, the way it's always been.

In 48 hours, with nothing but a camera, a vision, and a whole lot of heart — this film was born. Dough 2 Dreamz is a short film created for the 48 Hour Film Project, telling the story of passion, hustle, and the pursuit of something greater.
Genova Pizza wasn't just a backdrop — it was the soul of the story. The same kitchen where Grandma Julia's recipes live, the same walls that tell her life story, became the setting for a film about chasing your dreams and honoring where you came from.
Written, filmed, and edited in just two days. This is what it looks like when community, creativity, and culture collide.

Painted on the walls of our original Audubon location, this mural tells the full life story of Grandmother Julia Rita Brown — from her early years to her role as the matriarch of every holiday dinner, every gathering, every celebration.
"She was the reason we all came together. The holidays weren't complete without her in that kitchen."

The Sicklerville mural features her handwritten recipes and scenes from her life in the kitchen — a tribute to the passion that made every dish unforgettable. Her recipes became the foundation of everything Genova Pizza is today.
"She did everything from scratch. Every recipe, every technique — she passed it all down to us."

At Genova Pizza, everything starts with family. Our recipes come straight from Grandmother Julia's handwritten cookbooks — passed down through generations and brought to life the same way she made them.
In December 2024, we lost our beloved Grandmother Julia Arroyo-Brown at 93. Her legacy lives on in every Grandma pie we bake.
